Amal\u2019s role and education in Leadership commenced at University as the elected President of Student\u2019s Union. More positions of responsibility followed in his career as Management and Senior Management with (at that time) the largest retail pharmacy company in UK. \nAmal honed his business skills through acquisitions and start-ups of his own businesses learning from each venture and applying to the next one. To ease his transformation into coaching Amal went onto undertake courses as \u2018Professional Life Coach and \u2018Business Coach\u2019. The combination of life long learning and experiences augmented by certified coaching allows Amal to deliver a complete package to his clients. \nAmal has mentored many clients as business start-ups. He has helped with fledgling businesses and those which are a formula for success but the owners cannot fathom how to progress. He has considerable experience in Leadership Coaching and Personal Development both in one to one sessions and group sessions. He has had experience of helping clients in England and in India.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n With an illustrious career spanning more than 25 years in Europe, the USA, the Middle East and India, Jayne George is a much sought after international Coach and Trainer. In 2004 Jayne gained a distinction as she qualified as an accredited Corporate and Personal Coach which led to her immediate appointment with Support Links Worldwide as Director of International Coaching and Training, taking her to UAE and India. Since then she has overseen the successful delivery of diverse training and coaching packages in a wide range of subject areas in different countries. \nJayne\u2019s inspirational training and coaching style has benefited business executives from some of the world\u2019s most influential companies and private individuals. She has gained extensive experience coaching senior managerial clients from leading pharmaceutical, automotive and petroleum multinationals and helped them develop their leadership skills as part of a comprehensive training programme.
